Hello! My name is Mina and I am the founder of Elsie & Mimi. The name originates from a combination of my daughters' names (Ella and Sienna) and my name (Mimi). I like to be different!
I am a part time teacher and mummy to two little monsters...ahem...beauties ;), and I've been looking for ways to spend more quality time at home, whilst taking full advantage of my love of all things creative.
Ever since I was little, I've had a love of crafting, and quite recently, started to make personalised presents for family and friends. This began with endless online browsing for wedding and new baby gifts that had that extra, personalised touch. I struggled to find the perfect presents, and I started to think 'I could make that' (boring my husband with endless ideas!). I've always said that we should all go by the 'less talking, more action' rule. And there, Elsie & Mimi began...
